Rebecca facilitated various leadership sessions to help redefine the corporate positioning and the brief for a new web platform. She has since provided creative support for the design and production of a new website, flash animations and a range of printed and digital advice booklets that will radically improve the level of service CCCS provides to over 500,000 individuals each year.
The Consumer Credit Counselling Service is modernising many key services. Rebecca has been instrumental in helping to determine the way forward and in implementing key online and offline deliverables. She has helped CCCS to communicate its message in a clear, concise and compelling way that is more relevant to key audiences.
