A long association with different parts of this large Anglo French defence co nglomerate resulted in Rebecca being asked to support them in the development of their Community Investment programme. With issues of Corporate Responsibility now being taken much more seriously at all levels in UK business, Thales was an organisation that wanted to ensure their extensive community focused activities were really addressing the right areas. They also wanted to define and promote the best-practice that would support individuals and teams throughout the UK operations to do more.
