Remploy is a UK-wide government funded organization that helps people with disabilities or complex barriers to work to find sustainable employment. Last year they helped 6,600 people into mainstream jobs.

In response to market forces the business was restructured in 2008 with some enterprises being closed down and other new services being launched. This left many people inside Remploy, and other external stakeholders with some confusion about future direction, priorities and plans.

There was a clear opportunity to work with the leadership team to shape a more compelling story for ‘one Remploy’ that made sense to staff, candidates and customers alike. Remploy was keen to communicate a renewed sense of purpose and ambition and update the brand look and feel.
